Refunds are only processed under the following conditions:
A written request is submitted to info@hellovoxen.com within seven (7) days from the start of the first month of the contract.
Refunds will only be granted in cases of:
Missed budget measures,
Force majeure events, or
Other extreme circumstances at our sole discretion.
Refund requests submitted after the initial 7-day window will not be accepted, as our services are delivered on a rolling, continuous basis.
Shipping and Delivery Policy
As a service-based business, we do not deliver physical products. All services and deliverables, including campaigns, content, and reports, are provided digitally and shared directly through agreed-upon platforms such as email, Slack, or project management tools.
